American Pale Ale

Light and refreshing pale ale with a hint of honey flavor and a clean finish. Brewed with El Dorado and Willamette hops.

ABV: 4.8% IBU: 43 SRM: 6

West Coast IPA

An update to the classic West Coast IPA style with a modest crystal malt flavor and a fresh hop profile. Brewed with Warrior, El Dorado, Cascade, and Centennial hop. Dry hopped with additional Cascade and Centennial before carbonation.

ABV: 6.0% IBU: 111 SRM: 5

Doppelbock

Full-bodied and malty, the doppelbock is a strong version of the German-style bock beer. Originally made by friars in Munich, the doppelbock is full bodied with a flavor profile reminiscent of toasted bread with notes of dark fruit flavors such as prune and raisin.

ABV: 8.9% IBU: 26 SRM: 16

Porter

Bready, toasted malt base balanced with chocolate and coffee flavors. Fruity yeast flavors and earthy Northern Brewer hops round out this beer

ABV: 6.0% IBU: 43 SRM: 29

Oatmeal Stout

Black as night, smooth and rich bodied. This oatmeal stout has notes of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, toasted biscuit, and oats.

ABV: 5.5% IBU: 29 SRM: 31

Imperial Spiced Stout

The imperial stout is a strong variation of an English stout. This imperial stout is brewed with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to balance the sweet roasted maltiness of the brew. The earthy Northern Brewer hops round out the sweet toasted biscuit notes.
