The Malt House will strive to be a destination for craft beer and food, with emphasis on quality service and local and organic ingredients.
Okay, that's the company line. But what does that mean for you folks?
We will be working to create a community of beer drinkers coming together to enjoy good food and good company. We will have alternate offerings so families and friends of craft beer enthusiasts will feel welcome. Our goal is to create an environment for everyone to feel comfortable, relaxing with a good beer in hand, and enjoy the atmosphere.
We’re trying to foster a destination culture; come to see us, stay for the beer and food. Don't forget the beer. Live music will be booked as often as is possible. Probably only Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but that may change if more or less is demanded.
We will be organizing community events at the brewery; like hosting homebrew days to get to know the homebrewing community, inviting local amateur astronomers to help us host astronomy nights; game nights and movie nights as well if we can manage it. We’d also like to work with Yavapai College and Northern Arizona University to start science talks once a month.
